If you would like to submit an Application Form for enrollment, we request that you complete the four steps outlined on the Admissions page. Forms are accepted year round and may be submitted any time after the birth of your child. There is a $75 non-refundable Application Fee that must accompany your Application Form to be considered for enrollment. Once the Form & Fee is received, the information provided is filed into our Waitlist, organized by the requested program/date of entry, the child’s birthdate and gender. Please understand that we receive many wait pool forms and it is not a guarantee for enrollment.
